Permanently delete your Meatco account

You can permanently delete your Meatco customer account. This action removes your access to the storefront and the Meatco mobile app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can also delete your account from inside the Meatco mobile app (Menu → delete account).
After deletion, you are signed out, your profile and saved preferences are removed from the app experience, and you will need a new account to shop with Meatco again.

What data is deleted?: Your customer profile, login access, saved addresses and payment methods tied to the account, wallet/loyalty balances associated with the account, and other personal account data used to operate your Meatco account are deleted or anonymized as part of account removal.
What data may be retained for legal/accounting purposes?: We may retain limited records such as completed order history, invoices, tax/accounting records, and fraud-prevention logs where Kenyan law or legitimate business obligations require it. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used to keep your account active.
Can the account be recovered?: No. Once deletion is confirmed, the account cannot be restored. You would need to create a new Meatco account to order again.
